Service has gone down while prices have gone up; ready to change services

I have used winkflash for about 8 years, but am so disgusted with the total, disregard for customer service and turtle-slow, user unfriendly website, I am ready to go to another photo developing service. Last week I uploaded and ordered pictures from July to December....

WinkFlash - Account Review from Payson, Utah

Since Winkflash changed ownersip it is far from what it was. Soo sad. I have had lost orders. All my photos were lost. The postage rates are awful. The only thing i have done now is 4x6 prints becuse they ship for free. Anything else as enlargements collages etc...

They also cannot be contacted by phone. Lose orders and cancel orders.

I have had big orders lost in tube mail. Last order took 6 weeks to arrive. Winkflash needs to have a phone number where they can be contacted. Costumer service is awful.

As you saypostage rates are ridiculous.

Picture quality isn't the same anymore. Old site was much easier to use as well.
